I’m Janae Ruthia, a New York–based Photographer, Short-Form Videographer, and Bridal Stylist specializing in bridal fashion, portraits, behind-the-scenes, and visual storytelling.

Born and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I was shaped by a childhood immersed in art, music, culture, and style. With a foundation in styling, art, and media, I bring a romantic, feminine, and editorial perspective to every project—creating imagery that feels intentional, emotional, and timeless.

I’ve had the honor of working alongside designers and their teams, including Kelly Faetanini, Galia Lahav, and Leah de Gloria, capturing press and behind-the-scenes content for their collections. Today, I collaborate with a NYC bridal showroom on social media, visual direction, and styling while curating photography and video for Julie Vino and Claire Pettibone gowns.
